Toyota Motor Corp. reported a more than 5-fold jump in its quarterly profit Tuesday and raised its earnings forecast, crediting a weak yen and strong sales.

Employees’ contributions make them eligible to wear jeans at work, while funds generated are given to a local charity carefully selected by a committee at each office location. Starting in 2014, PPA will offer Elite and Elite Plus memberships to its more decorated members.
